1. How much is the annual renewal fees?
The renewal fee for every subsequent year is $ 120. Normal rate is $270.

2. How many email addresses can I create?
You can create as many e-mail addresses as you like as long as the total space assigned do not exceed your e-mail storage size. You will be provided with a web interface to allow you or your designated IT personnel to manage e-mail accounts including creation, deletion and account size assignments.

3. Are there any miscellaneous charges or hidden cost in this package?
No, when you purchase the SharkSURF Starter Kit, you will have full access to all the product functionality for 1 Year. Subsequently, you will need to renew the products that you are interested in at retail price.

4. I do not need e-mail accounts. Can I transfer the 1GB of e-mail space to web hosting or vice versa?
No. The default web & e-mail plan given in this package is 2GB (1GB e-mail & 1GB web). If you need additional e-mail or web space, you can choose to upgrade to a higher package during sign up. Additional charges will apply for the upgrade. Please refer to Upgrade Price for more information.

5. Can I transfer my existing domain which is hosted by another company?
Yes you can do so. Just select the domain transfer option during your SharkSURF pack registration .

6. The package includes domain name registration for (.com). What if I want to register for other domain name?
Yes you can. You will need to pay additional charges for the upgrade.

7. Can I upgrade to a larger hosting space?
Yes you can. You will need to pay additional charges for the upgrade. Please refer to Upgrade Price for more information.

8. What is the platform used for the website hosting? Windows or Linux?
You can choose either Windows server platform or Linux server platform. If you are unsure about the platform to choose, you can refer to Web Hosting Features for more info.

9. How do I purchase SharkSURF?
